Welcome to Cell City. By accessing our website, visiting our store, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Cell City provides:

• Mobile device repair services

• Sale of new and pre-owned devices

• Sale of accessories

• Device diagnostics

All services are subject to availability and technician approval.

2. Repair Authorization

By submitting your device for repair, you:

• Confirm you are the legal owner or authorized user of the device

• Authorize Cell City to perform diagnostic and repair services

• Acknowledge that repair may void manufacturer warranties

• Accept risk of data loss during repair

We strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting a device.

Cell City is not responsible for data loss.

3. Repair Risks & Liability Limitations

Electronic repairs carry inherent risks. By proceeding, you understand:

• Devices may have hidden damage not visible during initial inspection

• Additional issues may arise during repair

• Water-damaged devices may fail at any time

Cell City’s liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific repair service.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss

• Loss of business

• Loss of profits

• Indirect or consequential damages

RETURN & REPAIR DISCLAIMER POLICY

4. Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise stated:

• Repairs include a limited 30-day warranty covering the replaced part only

• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, or tampering

• Warranty is void if the device is opened or serviced elsewhere

Proof of repair receipt is required for warranty claims.

5. Parts Disclaimer

We may use:

• OEM parts

• Aftermarket parts

• Refurbished components

Customers will be informed where applicable. Screen brightness, tone, or fingerprint functionality may vary depending on part type.

6. No Refund Policy on Repairs

Due to the nature of repair services:

• Labor charges are non-refundable once work has begun

• Diagnostic fees are non-refundable

• Refunds are not issued for functioning completed repairs

If a repair cannot be completed, only the repair fee (excluding diagnostic fee) may be refunded at management discretion.

7. Device Abandonment

Devices not picked up within 30 days after notification may be considered abandoned.

Cell City reserves the right to dispose of or resell abandoned devices to recover repair costs.

8. Retail Product Returns

Accessories and retail items may be returned within 7 days if:

• Unopened

• In original packaging

• With receipt

Opened accessories are non-refundable unless defective.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise site security

• Misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.

10. Pricing & Errors

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to inaccuracies.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, content, and materials belong to Cell City and may not be reproduced without permission.

Cell City may use online advertising platforms including but not limited to:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

• Retargeting and remarketing services

These platforms may use cookies, pixels, or tracking technologies to deliver relevant advertisements.

We do not:

• Sell personal data

• Share personal data for independent third-party marketing

• Use sensitive personal data for ad targeting

Users may control ad personalization through:

• Facebook Ad Preferences

13. Promotional Offers Disclaimer

All promotions:

• Are subject to availability

• May be modified or discontinued at any time

• Cannot be combined unless stated
